Litty Law Group is a veteran-owned boutique law firm founded by Jon Joseph Litty, whose background brings together law, military command, engineering, construction, and entrepreneurship.
Jon is licensed in New Mexico and authorized to appear before the U.S. District Court and the Executive Office for Immigration Review. He is also a Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Before establishing Litty Law Group, Jon founded Agile Construction Group in 2008, where he gained firsthand experience in engineering, commercial contracting, project management, and business operations. This background gives him a practical understanding of the decisions, risks, and challenges his clients face.
Jon also serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army, with more than 23 years of service. His military career includes command roles in Airborne Civil Affairs units and leading multinational teams during global operations. These experiences have shaped an approach built on preparation, accountability, sound judgment, and focus under pressure.
Jon has been married for 28 years and is the father of two. His family has remained a constant through deployments, military commitments, entrepreneurship, and the demands of building a legal career.
